There are two basic tried and true ways you can dress to impress. The first is to wear exciting and flashy clothes while keeping your accessories to a minimum. The second is to wear elegant and classic, nicely tailored fashions with zippy statement accessories. I fall into the latter group of dressers most of the time. I can’t help myself, I just love that I can take one little black dress and achieve 1,000 different looks with it using varying accessories.
This explains WHY I love jewelry (particularly chunky and funky statement jewelry like my own) as well as why I covet shoes, belts and bags. Today, I’m all about the shoes.
