We must be clear by now on my passion for all things Art Deco. But did you know that one of my favorite places to shop outside of the handmade realm is Anthropologie? I received my new Anthro catalog yesterday and found myself squealing in delight when I spotted a sweet little pair of mint green Art Deco mary janes. Beautiful!
Here they are among some other lovely items my little eye spied on Etsy today.
1. Art Deco Mary Janes – $158 – Anthropologie
2. Miniature Beaded Art Deco Oil Lamp – $150 – Salamanderhouse
3. Satin Deco Dress – $35 – WhatWouldMarilynWear
4. Art Deco Frame Clutch – $45 – RidikRidonk

Art deco is wonderful! You have a really great eye, too. Melody, the creator of that miniature oil lamp, is one talented beadweaver!

I have been a lover of Art Deco for years. Art Nouveau is beautiful also. Antropologie is my fav catalog but I need to rob a bank to afford some of the shoes. LOVE the little green deco shoes.

I have to totally agree with you all. I love the Art Deco style. Art Deco is making a huge comeback in fashion, home living and even perfumes. There are many new creations on the market today that are influenced by this stunning era. Have you seen the ‘At Home With Kylie’ new Art Deco bedding range in the UK? It is yet to be released in Australia…can’t wait as they are absolutely stunning and would go perfect with my Art Deco Canvas Art prints.

I loved, loved the shoes! And the beaded lamp.
I love art-deco too. Two weeks ago I saw a stunning beaded art-deco purse in a shopwindow, As I went into the shop some bloke picked it up and brought it!
